مطالعه آزمایشگاهی و عددی رفتار اتصال ستون‌های بتن مسلح دایره ای به پی به کمک میلگردهای CFRP و SMA و ورق CFRP

در پژوهش حاضر رفتار آزمایشگاهی و عددی نمونه های اتصال ستون های بتن مسلح دایره ای به پی مقاوم سازی شده با استفاده از میلگردهای CFRP و SMA و ورق CFRP بررسی شد. تعداد 3 نمونه اتصال ستون بتن مسلح دایره ای به پی با استفاده از میلگردهای SMA و ورق CFRP مقاوم سازی شدند. اثر افزایش قطر میلگرد CFRP نیز بررسی شد. نمونه ها بطور همزمان تحت اثر بار محوری فشاری ثابت و جابجایی جانبی چرخه ای رفت و برگشتی در وجه بالای ستون قرار گرفتند. پارامترهای ظرفیت باربری جانبی، سختی اولیه، نسبت شکل پذیری، ظرفیت اتلاف انرژی و تغییرمکان باقیمانده نمونه ها با استفاده از نمودارهای نیرو-تغییرمکان رفت و برگشتی مطالعه شدند. جهت شبیه سازی رفتار میلگرد SMA از سابروتین UMAT نوشته شده در نرم افزار Fortran بهره جویی شد. نتایج نشاندهنده ی انطباق قابل قبول میان پاسخ نیرو-جابه جایی نمونه های آزمایش شده و شبیه سازی شده با استفاده از تحلیل اجزای محدود بوده است. لازم به ذکر است که افزایش قطر میلگرد های CFRP در شبیه سازی، موجب افزایش قابل توجه پارامترهای ظرفیت باربری جانبی، سختی اولیه، ظرفیت اتلاف انرژی و نسبت شکل پذیری گردید. مدلسازی رفتار میلگردهای SMA با استفاده از سابروتین UMAT نیز دقت شبیه سازی را افزایش داد. شایان توجه است که براساس نتایج شبیه سازی، میلگردهای SMA موجب بازیابی تغییرشکل های باقیمانده شد.

تسلیح خارجی (EBR) روشی مرسوم برای نصب ورقه‌های FRP با استفاده از روش آماده‌سازی سطحی می‌باشد. اخیراً روش تسلیح خارجی بر روی شیار (EBROG) به عنوان یک پیشنهاد برای جایگزینی روش EBR در اعضای سازه‌ای بتن‌مسلح برای به تأخیر انداختن مود گسیختگی جداشدگی ورق FRP مطرح شده است. در این پژوهش، 4 نمونه تیر بتن آرمه به ابعاد 2200×300×250 ميلی‌متر ساخته شد و تحت آزمایش قرار گرفت. نمونه‌های آزمایشی با ورق¬هاي CFRP به روش‌های EBR و EBROG تقویت شدند و عواملی نظیر نوع روش تقویت و مقاومت بتن مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که استفاده از روشEBROG در بتن با مقاومت معمولی، احتمال جداشدگی ورق FRP همراه با پوشش بتن از سطح تیر را افزایش می‌دهد. هم‌چنین استفاده از روش EBROG در بتن با مقاومت بالا باعث می‌شود که ظرفیت باربری نهایی، تغییر مکان وسط دهانه و سطح زیر منحنی بار- تغییر مکان تا نقطه‌ی حداکثر ظرفیت باربری به مقدار قابل ملاحظه‌ای بیش‌تر از نمونه‌های تقویت شده با روش EBR ‌باشد. از مقايسه‌ی نتايج آزمايشگاهي و نتايج به‌دست ‌آمده از روابط آيين‌نامه و مدل‌های تحلیلی مشاهده‌ شد كه مقاومت خمشي حاصل از نتایج آزمایشگاهی برای مقاطع تقویت شده با روش EBR به مقاومت خمشی حاصل از روابط آیین‌نامه و مدل‌های تحلیلی نزدیک بود. اما هنگام استفاده از روش EBROG مقاومت خمشی حاصل از نتایج آزمایشگاهی بیش‌تر از مقاومت خمشی حاصل از روابط آیین‌نامه و مدل‌های تحلیلی بود. بنابراین روابط آیین‌نامه و مدل‌های تحلیلی مقاومت خمشی تیرهای تقویت شده به روش EBROG را دست پایین پیش‌بینی می‌کند.

بهبود مقاومت و نفوذپذیری بتن سنگدانه بازیافتی با استفاده از فناوری آب مغناطیسی

یکی از ایرادات مهم بتن ساخته شده توسط سنگدانه بازیافتی، کاهش مشخصه های مقاومتی،کارایی و اسلامپ است. دلیل این امر کیفیت پایین‌تر سنگدانه بازیافتی مورد استفاده در مقایسه با سنگدانه طبیعی می‌باشد. پژوهش حال حاضر، ترکیبات مختلفی از بتن سنگدانه بازیافتی را به منظور جبران این کاستی، مورد بررسی قرار داده است. این ترکیبات شامل 11 طرح مختلف با و بدون حضور میکروسیلیس با استفاده از فناوری آب مغناطیسی بر روی بتن سنگدانه بازیافتی می‌باشد. در این پژوهش همچنین، تاثیر استفاده از این آب بر افزایش کارایی، بجای استفاده از آب معمولی با فوق روان‌کننده جهت ایجاد اسلامپی مشابه با آنچه آب مغناطیسی به تنهایی در بتن سنگدانه بازیافتی ایجاد می‌کند نیز مطالعه شده است. نمونه‌های ساخته شده شامل 132 عدد برای آزمایش‌های مقاومت‌ فشاری، مقاومت کششی، نفوذپذیری آب و سرعت عبور امواج ماورای صوت (اولتراسونیک) می‌باشد. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که بهره‌جویی از فناوری آب مغناطیسی به همراه میکروسیلیس روانی (اسلامپ) قابل قبولی در مقایسه با نمونه‌هایی که با استفاده از آب معمولی و فوق روان‌کننده ساخته شده‌اند، ایجاد می‌کند. همچنین استفاده از آب مغناطیسی می‌تواند با بهبود میزان نفوذپذیری، به طور قابل ملاحظه‌ای کاهش مقاومت فشاری و کششی ناشی از به کارگیری سنگدانه بازیافتی را جبران نماید.
