Paper Highlights

• هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر میزان تسلیح خارجی بر عملکرد تیرهای بتن مسلح تقویت شده با مواد پایه سیمانی مسلح الیافی (FRCM) می‌باشد.
• تقویت با یک، دو و سه لایه FRCM منجر به افزایش ظرفیت باربری به ترتیب به میزان 8%، 22% و 33% و کاهش تغییر مکان وسط دهانه در لحظه باربری حداکثر به میزان 5%، 46% و 54% در مقایسه با تیر بدون تقویت خارجی می‌گردد.
• مقایسه ظرفیت باربری آزمایشگاهی با ظرفیت باربری تئوری به دست آمده بر اساس آیین‌نامه ACI-549.4R-13 نشان می‌دهد که آیین‌نامه ACI-549.4R-13 ظرفیت باربری را به نحو مناسبی تخمین می‌زند.

• این پژوهش یک مطالعه‌ی آزمایشگاهی بر روی تیرهای بتن مسلح تقویت شده با پلیمرهای مسلح الیافی (FRP) و مواد پایه سیمانی مسلح الیافی (FRCM) می‌باشد.
• هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر مقایسه تیرهای تقویت شده با FRP و FRCM در صورت یکسان بودن مقدار تسلیح خارجی می‌باشد.
• نتایج نشان می‌دهد که در مقاطع با فولاد کم و زیاد، تقویت با FRCM منجر به افزایش ظرفیت باربری به ترتیب به میزان 6% و 12% در مقایسه با تقویت FRP می‌گردد.

• Compressive strength, tensile strength, water absorption, and sulfuric acid resistance tests were conducted to investigate the mechanical properties of the mixes.
• Results show that tensile strength and sulfuric acid resistance of the mixture with 5% RM substitution is higher than that of the control mixture.
• Water absorption percentage of mixtures with 5% waste substitution was lower than that of control mixture.

• مقاومت فشاری در سنین 7، 28 و 90 روزه، مقاومت کششی در سنین 7 و 28 روز، جذب آب 30 دقیقه‌ای، 24 ساعته و 72 ساعته در سن 90 روز و مقاومت در برابر سولفوریک اسید در سن 28 روز مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.
• استفاده از ضایعات پودر مرمر برای جایگزینی بخشی از سیمان به میزان 15 درصد، منجر به افزایش مقاومت فشاری به مقدار قابل توجهی می‌گردد.
• بیشترین تأثیر منفی بر روی مقاومت کششی، مقاومت فشاری، جذب آب و مقاومت در برابر سولفوریک اسید زمانی مشاهده شد که از غبار کوره آهن‌گدازی برای جایگزینی سیمان به مقدار 15 درصد استفاده شد.
