Estimating the Required RC Panel Thickness for Composite Shear Walls Subjected to Cyclic Loading

The Composite Steel Plate Shear Wall (CSPSW) emerges as a prominent lateral load-resisting system for high-rise structures. Designed to enhance the performance of steel plate shear walls and prevent steel plate buckling prior to shear yielding, this system integrates the concept of stiffening through concrete panels flanking the infill steel plate. Thus, meticulous consideration of concrete panel properties, particularly thickness under varying system conditions, stands pivotal in achieving desired design objectives.This study delves into determining the minimum required thickness of concrete panels adjacent to the infill plate utilizing the finite element method. Finite element models are meticulously crafted and analyzed using the Abaqus software package. The estimation of the minimum required thickness of concrete panels is predicated on confining the steel plate within specified drift limits under cyclic loading conditions. Varied parameters, including two height-to-width ratios of the wall, four thicknesses of the steel plate, and two distinct spacings for the shear studs, are considered. The research findings indicate an apparent trend wherein a decrease in the height-to-width ratio of the system corresponds to a reduction in the minimum required thickness of the concrete panel. For instance, with a 10 mm steel plate and a shear stud spacing of 500 mm, concrete panel thicknesses of 110 mm and 80 mm are necessitated for height-to-width ratios of 1 and 0.5, respectively. Furthermore, employing a shear stud spacing of 250 mm mitigates the dependency of concrete panel thickness on other variables, rendering a consistent requirement of an 80 mm concrete panel across all cases, ensuring optimal system capacity. In summary, the research underscores that the conventional design code-prescribed thicknesses of concrete panels (100 mm) appear highly conservative in most scenarios, as revealed by the study's comprehensive analysis.

در سال¬های اخیر استفاده از شیوه¬های هوشمند به منظور حل مساله¬های حجیم در حوزه علوم مهندسی گسترش یافته است. طرح اختلاط بتن الیافی نیز یکی از مسائلی است که در حوزه مهندسی عمران اهمیت فراوانی دارد. یافتن بهترین نسبت ترکیب مواد تشکیل¬دهنده بتن برای دست‌یابی به مقاومت فشاری مطلوب از جمله هدف¬های حل مساله طرح اختلاط بتن با استفاده از الگوریتم¬های یادگیری ماشین است. در این پژوهش به بررسی و مقایسه الگوریتم¬های رگرسیون یادگیری ماشین به منظور پیش‎بینی مثاومت فشاری بتن حاوی الیاف فولادی پرداخته شده است. بر همین اساس از یک مجموعه داده‌ شامل 260 طرح اختلاط بتن حاوی الیاف فولادی صنعتی با درصدهای حجمی‌ (صفر تا سه درصد) متفاوت استفاده شده است. پارامترهایی نظیر درصد حجمی الیاف فولادی صنعتی، نسبت طول به قطر الیاف، نسبت آب به مواد سیمانی، میزان سیمان، و مقدار فوق¬روان¬کننده بر طرح اختلاط بتن تاثیرگذار بوده است. الگوریتم های ماشین بردار پشتیبان، رگرسیون خطی، شبکه عصبی مصنوعی و درخت تصمیم ( الگوریتم های M5P و REP Tree و Random Forest ) روی این دیتاست اجرا شد و با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده، استفاده از روش¬های مبتنی بر درخت تصمیم سرعت تحلیل را بهبود بخشیده و ضریب همبستگی بهتری را نسبت به روش¬های شبکه عصبی و بردار پشتیبان ارائه می¬کند.

علیرغم پیشرفت‌های قابل توجه در سیستم‌های مدیریت ایمنی، صنعت ساختمان همچنان جزو صنایع حادثه‌خیز می‌باشد. معمولا نرخ حوادث شغلی در پروژه‌های ساختمانی نسبت به دیگر صنایع در اکثر کشورها بالاتر است. در حوزه پیش‌بینی حوادث، تعدادی از الگوریتم‌های یادگیری غیرخطی مورد استفاده قرار گرفته‌اند اما عملکرد الگوریتم‌های یادگیری خطی مورد ارزیابی قرار نگرفته‌اند. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، پیش‌بینی شدت حوادث ساختمانی و بررسی عملکرد الگوریتم‌های خطی از نظر میزان دقت پیش‌بینی، سرعت مدلسازی و پایداری می‌باشد. بدین منظور، دو مجموعه داده متفاوت از حوادث ساختمانی با تعداد ویژگی‌های زیاد و کم مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته‌اند. مدل‌های خطی به کار گرفته شده در این مطالعه رگرسیون ستیغی، رگرسیون لجستیک، تهاجمی منفعل و ماشین بردار پشتیبان خطی می‌باشند. در نهایت، عملکرد این مدل‌های خطی از نظر میزان دقت پیش‌بینی با یک الگوریتم پایه غیرخطی پرکاربرد به نام درخت تصمیم نیز مقایسه می‌شوند. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که الگوریتم ماشین بردار پشتیبان خطی بالاترین میزان دقت پیش‌بینی و پایداری را دارد و بیشترین سرعت مدلسازی نیز مربوط به الگوریتم رگرسیون ستیغی می‌باشد. همچنین، مدل‌های خطی در مجموعه داده با تعداد ویژگی‌های زیاد عملکرد بهتری دارند و در این مجموعه داده از الگوریتم درخت تصمیم نیز موفق تر ظاهر می‌شوند.

در سال¬های اخیر استفاده از شیوه¬های هوشمند به منظور حل مساله¬های حجیم در حوزه علوم مهندسی گسترش یافته است. طرح اختلاط بتن نیز یکی از مسائلی است که در حوزه مهندسی عمران اهمیت فراوانی دارد. یافتن بهترین نسبت ترکیب مواد تشکیل¬دهنده بتن برای دستیابی به مقاومت فشاری مطلوب از جمله هدف¬های حل مساله طرح اختلاط بتن با استفاده از الگوریتم¬های یادگیری ماشین است. اساسا مساله¬های یادگیری ماشین به توجه به نوع خروجی مساله به دو دسته رگرسیون و کلاس¬بندی تقسیم¬بندی می¬شوند. الگوریتم¬های رگرسیون به پیش¬بینی مقادیر کمی مانند قیمت، سن و غیره می-پردازد در حالی¬که الگوریتم¬های کلاس¬بندی به منظور طبقه¬بندی مقادیر گسسته مورد استفاده قرار می¬گیرند. در این پژوهش به بررسی و مقایسه الگوریتم¬های رگرسیون یادگیری ماشین پرداخته شده است. بر همین اساس از یک مجموعه داده 1000 تایی طرح اختلاط بتن استفاده شده است. پارامترهایی نظیر نسبت آب به موا سیمانی، میزان سیمان، مقدار فوق¬روان¬کننده و غیره بر طرح اختلاط بتن تاثیرگذار بوده است. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده، استفاده از روش¬های مبتنی بر درخت تصمیم سرعت تحلیل را بهبود بخشیده و ضریب همبستگی بهتری را نسبت به روش¬های شبکه عصبی و بردار پشتیبان ارائه می¬کند.

تولید بتن یکی از مهمترین انگیزه‌های سال‌های اخیر پژوهشگران با رویکرد توسعه پایدار می‌باشد. جایگزین کردن بخشی از ماده سیمانی و فیلر در بتن با ضایعات و پسماندهای صنعتی گوشه‌ای از نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش‌ها می‌باشد.گل قرمز یکی از ضایعات ناشی از تولید آلومینا (Al2O3) است که دفن آن آثار زیست‌محیطی نامطلوبی دارد. در نتیجه یافتن راهی برای استفاده از این ماده زاید صنعتی می‌تواند کمک شایانی به محیط زیست نماید. پودر سنگ گرانیت و مرمریت که از ضایعات کارخانجات سنگ‌بری محسوب می‌شوند یکی از معضلات زیست محیطی در مناطق صنعتی محسوب می‌شوند. ترکیبات شیمیایی و کانی‌های با مقاومت بالای موجود در پودر سنگ گرانیت و مرمریت باعث می‌شود بتوان از آن‌ها به عنوان ماده فیلر به جای پودر سنگ در بتن استفاده کرد. در این پژوهش برای ارزیابی کیفیت بتن تولیدی ابتدا آزمایش‌های مقاومتی با یک بتن خودتراکم متعارف استاندارد تعیین شد و سپس آزمایشات موردنظر بر روی بتن تولید شده در نسبت‌های مختلف جایگزینی سیمان با گل قرمز (5/2، 5، 5/7 و 10 درصد) و جایگزینی فیلر با پودر گرانیت و مرمریت (100 درصد جایگزین شده) صورت گرفت. با جمع‌آوری نتایج مشخص شد، استفاده همزمان گل قرمز و پودر سنگ مرمریت موجب افزایش کارایی بتن می‌شود. همچنین در آزمایش‌های مرتبط با مشخصه‌های مکانیکی مشخص شد استفاده 5/2 درصد از گل قرمز جایگزین سیمان و 100 درصد پودر سنگ گرانیت بجای فیلر مقاومت کششی و فشاری را به شکل چشم‌گیری افزایش می‌دهد.
